About Me

I’m Indre, a Nutritional Therapist based in London, originally from Lithuania.

My interest in nutrition began with my own health journey. For years, I struggled with fatigue and skin issues that no quick fix seemed to solve. When I started looking deeper into what was really behind my symptoms, things began to change. I realised that feeling better isn’t about strict rules or cutting things out — it’s about understanding what your body needs and supporting it in a sustainable way.

Alongside nutritional therapy, I also work as a massage therapist, something I’ve been doing for over nine years. That experience has shaped how I see health — as a connection between body and mind. I’ve supported clients with chronic pain, injuries, fibromyalgia, stress, and during pregnancy and postnatal recovery, and I’ve seen how the combination of nutrition and bodywork can truly enhance wellbeing.

My approach is simple and flexible, focused on helping you build healthy habits that fit naturally into your life. My aim is to support you in feeling your best — with practical guidance that’s realistic, personal, and kind.

This plan is for anyone who wants continued support while making lasting changes to their health and wellbeing. We’ll work together over twelve weeks, taking things step by step — with space to adjust, ask questions, and build confidence along the way.

Your first appointment is a 90-minute consultation.
In this session, we’ll take an in-depth look at your health history, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals. This gives us the foundation to create a clear, personalised plan tailored to your needs.

After that, you’ll have regular 30-minute weekly follow-up sessions.
These check-ins help you stay on track, make small, manageable adjustments, and ensure the process feels realistic and achievable — not overwhelming.
